Refund policy

All sales are final

Sponsorship is a monthly or yearly subscription for placements during a paid period. We deliver placements from payment confirmation for the whole period, whether or not you use the sponsor panel.

By purchasing, you request that we begin providing the service immediately. Where a statutory right of withdrawal would apply, you acknowledge losing that right once performance has begun.

Cases that do not qualify for a refund

• A change of mind.
• Campaign results or traffic below your expectations.
• Not using the sponsor panel.
• A renewal payment collected after earlier failed payment attempts.
• Believing the purchase was a single payment. Every tier is a recurring subscription, as stated on the pricing page and in checkout.
• Forgetting to cancel before renewal.
• Choosing the wrong tier or billing cycle.
• Unused parts of a paid period after cancellation. We never prorate these periods.
• Removal of your logo or copy for breaking our rules.

The only exceptions

A refund is available only for an evidenced case below, is limited to the affected charge and is returned to the original payment method.

• A duplicate charge caused by a fault in our billing.
• A proven unauthorised charge reported within 14 days of the charge and confirmed by both our records and our payment provider’s records.
• A total failure of service on our side that makes placements entirely unavailable for a continuous period, is reported at the time and remains unresolved.

How to request a review

Email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. Include the email address used at checkout and the date and amount of the charge, together with evidence supporting your claim.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time in your sponsor panel. Open Manage billing to access the billing portal, where you can view invoices and receipts and cancel your subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund payments already taken. Your placements remain live until the end of the paid period.

Records used to assess claims

We keep your acceptance of the terms at checkout, payment and 3D Secure records, and the panel activity log to assess claims.

Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback without contacting us first is a breach of the terms and ends your sponsorship and access to the sponsor panel.
