The terms that govern use of MissSlavic.
Acceptance
By using MissSlavic you agree to these terms, the contest rules, and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility
Contestants must be verified legal adults, 18 or older. One entry per person. Voting is open to the public and is free.
Image rights and consent
You confirm you own the rights to your photos and are the person shown. By giving consent you allow MissSlavic to display approved images on the site and in sponsor and marketing contexts you consented to. You can withdraw consent at any time, which triggers removal.
Conduct and content standards
This is a beauty and elegance pageant. Nudity, sexual content, images of minors, and impersonation are forbidden. We may remove content, hide profiles, and disqualify entries that break these standards.
Voting fairness
Voting is protected by anti-fraud checks including rate limits, uniqueness rules, and risk scoring. Attempts to manipulate the vote, including automated voting, may void affected votes and disqualify a contestant.
No payments
Entering and voting are free. There are no user payments anywhere on the site. The pageant is funded by sponsors and advertising.
Liability
The service is provided on an as available basis. To the extent permitted by law, MissSlavic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the pageant develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
