• Voting signals: hashed identifiers used to keep voting fair, never your raw email, IP, or device data.
• Inquiries: details you send through the sponsor or contact forms.

Lawful basis

We process contestant data on the basis of your explicit consent, captured separately for each purpose. We process limited technical data to keep voting fair and the service secure on the basis of our legitimate interest in a fair, safe pageant.

Image rights

Approved photos are displayed publicly only with your explicit consent and may appear in sponsor and marketing contexts where you have consented. You can withdraw consent at any time, which removes the images from public surfaces.

Your date of birth stays private

Your date of birth is used to confirm you are an adult and is never shown publicly. Only your age bracket may be displayed.

Vote identifiers are hashed

Identifiers used for fair voting, such as email, IP, and device signals, are stored hashed and never in raw form.

Retention

We keep your data while your entry is active and for as long as needed to run the pageant and meet legal obligations. Consent records are retained for audit. When you withdraw or request erasure, public content is removed and image files are purged from storage.
